Its official. The NY Jets aquired Bret Favre from the Green Bay Packers for future draft picks, depending on how often he plays and if the Jets make the playoffs. Chad Pennington was immediately given his unconditional release. I think most will agree the Jets not only got a bargain, but can only improve. For more, see this story.
